FALLY IPUPA'S BAND
DAVIDO AND NAETO C
Starting with the performances which were a major roll call from Bez, Naeto C, Davido, Donae o, Skepta, Tu Face, Fally Ipupa & his band to the unforgettable wonders the crowd experienced.
It seems nobody can do the guitar like Bez with "Superson" in tow. Naeto C and Davido made a nice pair during their do; it was just all about seeing Naeto C in a whole new light.
and not forgetting Skepta who wowed the crowd with his performance.
Of course, no show as big as The Concert lacks theatrics and here comes the juiciest gist and drama! Skepta who's based in London came with his family, requested a VIP seat for all of them and despite the fact that some paid for the tickets, his request was eventually granted after a long, long talk.
Donaeo was mind blowing as he did a never-seen-before dance steps, partying hard in a dj mix with head, shoulder, knees and toe.
Tu Face who did African Queen with Fela's moves had the spring of becoming a legend. His performance was just in another level.
Although all performances were off-the-hinges, the ecstatic crowd kept asking Tu Face and Fally Ipupa for more.
Fally Ipupa was probably the night's soul of entertainment. If you were there, the performances on stage definitely took your breath away- it was just crazy mixed with amazing fun.
Fally's famous sexy dance could not have been missed by anyone and of course one of his band girls stunned the crowd when she climbed the stage's rim to do a dance
The show pulled other celebrities like D'banj (VIP corner) and Wizkid (who was backstage), both were not even there to perform but to feel the show unfold. It was impossible not to notice the unusual number of high profile personalities at the event. There was free champagne for everyone at a later hour. This was Fally Ipupa & his full Band’s first time in Nigeria. MTV Base was also in the building.
SKEPTA AND CREW
Really what other way could it have happened? The Concert has just become a new stripe for entertainment in stage performances; it has raised the bar notches higher for upcoming shows!
